Cheer-io! I am Heather Fox… I am a military transplant to the area and so glad my dad retired and called PCB home! We were transferred many times throughout my young life so I have lived that military lifestyle. If you are blessed enough to live in the area, or you are wanting to transition to the area to ‘live where others vacay‘ or even invest for your future, I can help! Not only have I chosen to stay and raise my family here, but I have invested in my own short-term/long-term rentals as well as manage them myself so there is an integral understanding of the local market. I understand moving, being re-stationed, STR/LTR’s (short-term, long-term rentals) and finding Your Best Beach Life in whatever capacity works for you and your family.  As a realtor, I want to help you find your starter or dream home, family is expanding home, your beachy life, or your investment.
