The next FREE real estate education workshop will be Tuesday, March 7th, 2023, hosted at Beachy Beach Real Estate’s main office with Full Heart Rentals and Kara Davis, Regions Mortgage Loan Officer.
The focus of this free First Time Homebuyers workshop will be to address the concerns of people that are thinking of buying real estate in the future but are not quite ready.
If you are someone that is currently weighing the pros and cons of renting vs. buying, then this workshop is for you.
This casual event is no-cost to you and will be held from 5:30 to 7 pm in the Beachy Beach conference room, there will also be refreshments and door prizes for attendees.

Full Heart Rentals Property Management company will be on hand to discuss the current rental market in our area and answer any rental questions and a representative from Regions Bank, Mortgage Loan Officer Kara Davis will be sharing first steps and answering questions about the process of buying real estate.
